1. Acceptance of Operational Terms

By accessing and executing interactions within `chartvacancy.in` (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or "Platform"), you accept and agree to be legally bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these baseline provisions, please disconnect from our transport framework immediately.

2. Scope of Educational Sandbox

The platform operates strictly as an independent instructional sandbox. All metrics regarding PNR likelihoods, real-time unbooked berths, and static timetable buffers are rendered purely client-side via local Javascript mapping structures. The Service is NOT an authorized ticket distributor or booking portal.

3. Prohibited Access Mechanics

Users are strictly prohibited from implementing malicious automated scraping vectors, reverse-engineering local dataset arrays, or overloading page assets through distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) loops. Content text, structure models, and styling tokens remain licensed properties of our engineering desk.

4. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Chart Vacancy's web platform could include technical, typographical, or mathematical probability anomalies. We do not warrant that any of the materials on its website are continuously accurate, complete, or perfectly corresponding with real-world physical trains. We may make improvements or alterations to available code files at any time without advance warning.

5. Governing Legal Mandate

Any contractual dispute arising out of or related to these Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically binding under the territorial jurisdiction of the courts established in Delhi/NCR, without giving effect to any choice of law principles.
